Nobel Optical features a pre-order option for select items. The pre-order items are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on nobeloptical.com. All pre-order items will be dispatched in 5-7 Working days. To secure your item, payment will be taken upon placing the pre-order. Where an order contains both and 'in stock item' and a 'pre-order item', dispatch will only be made when all of the items are in stock.
Yes. We have trained opticians that quality check all of our frames and lenses prior to shipping them to you.
Yes (except "FREE FRAME + LENS" promotion). On the product page, as you configure your frames and lenses, you can select "Buy Frame Only."
This option will include the frames only, without lenses, unless they are sunglasses.

We include the size measurements on the product details pages for each frame. If you have current eyeglasses, you can most likely see these measurements written on the inside of the temple of your current glasses or on the back of the bridge.
The measurement is generally written like this: 50-15-135. The first measurement is the lens size (width of the lenses), the second is the bridge size (distance between the lenses), and the third is the temple size.

No. These prescriptions are generally different from each other.
The pupillary distance is simply the measurement between the centers of the pupils in your eyes in millimeters.
We do not currently accept cash or check payments.
Yes. Simply select “Buy Frame with Plano (Non-Prescription) Lenses” on the product page as you configure lenses. Plano lenses are free and you will have the same great CR-39 lenses with no glare coating that someone who has a prescription would receive.

Prescription Questions
You can get a glasses prescription from either an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. If you already have had an exam, your eye care provider is required by law to release a copy to you.
Or book a HKD$100 eye exam with us at our retail stores in Hong Kong, you can get your eyes examined by an on-site licensed independent optometrist.

With our free standard shipping you will receive your lenses within 14 working days. If you need them faster, you can always expedite the order by choosing expedited shipping or standard shipping.

Yes. All of our frames have original invoices direct from the manufactures, so you are guaranteed to receive nothing but authentic frames from nobeloptical.com.
We use the highest quality lens materials:
-CR-39 Plus includes no-glare, scratch resistant coatings with 100% UV protection.
-Polycarbonate: Also includes no-glare, scratch resistant coatings with 100% UV protection. These are good for kids or sports as they are shatter resistant.
-Ultra Lightweight High Index: Similar to polycarbonate but ensures you get the thinnest lens with highest tensile strength. Good for those with high prescriptions.

Yes. We sell many of the top brands of sunglasses, including prescription sunglasses.
We sell top brand sunglasses fitted with high-quality prescription sunglass lenses.
We offer tints in our lenses. On the product page, as you configure your frames and lenses, you can select "Sunglasses Lens Option" to choose either "Full Color" or "Gradient Color."
We sell no-line bifocals (progressives). We offer some of the latest and greatest no-line bifocal products on the planet.
We do not currently offer this service.
Returns within 14-day for full refunds
You can return your glasses or sunglasses for any reason during the first 14-day.
Frame Warranty
All frames have a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
Most optical retailers will perform adjustments for free. If you are charged for the service, we will discount that amount from your next order.

Yes, we have 2 retail stores in Hong Kong.
Both materials are used for glasses frames. Titanium is used more frequently in jewelry because of its durability and low density along with its corrosion resistance and biological compatibility. The key difference that most people notice is that titanium is much lighter. Both metals work great for glasses frames however.
